Graphic Designer

Role Overview

The Graphic Designer is responsible for creating visually compelling designs that align with the brand’s identity, messaging, and business goals. This role works closely with brand, marketing, and content teams to deliver consistent, high-quality creative assets across digital and print platforms.

The ideal candidate has a strong design sense, attention to detail, and the ability to translate ideas into impactful visuals.

Key Responsibilities

Design & Creative Execution
  • Create engaging visual content for digital and print platforms including social media, marketing collateral, presentations, packaging, and advertising.
  • Translate briefs, concepts, and brand guidelines into effective design solutions.
  • Develop layouts, illustrations, and visual elements that align with brand identity.
Brand Consistency
  • Maintain consistency across all brand touchpoints.
  • Follow and apply brand guidelines accurately.
  • Support brand evolution, refreshes, and creative campaigns.
Collaboration & Coordination
  • Work closely with marketing, content, and strategy teams.
  • Incorporate feedback from stakeholders while maintaining creative integrity.
  • Coordinate with external vendors or printers when required.
Production & Delivery
  • Prepare final artwork for print and digital production.
  • Ensure accuracy in layouts, typography, color, and formatting.
  • Manage multiple projects and meet deadlines efficiently.

Skills & Qualifications

Core Skills
  • Strong design fundamentals: layout, typography, color theory, and composition.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
  • Understanding of digital formats, social media specifications, and print requirements.
Additional Skills (Preferred)
  • Basic knowledge of motion graphics or video editing.
  • Familiarity with UI/UX design principles.
  • Experience with branding and identity systems.

Experience & Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or related field.
  • 1–4 years of professional design experience.
  • Experience in an agency or brand environment is a plus.
